An authentic Tuscan villa surrounded by nature

This Tuscan-style farmhouse is characterised by its rustic charm and the spectacular natural surroundings. The large property is entirely enveloped in lush, verdant countryside, surrounded by 5 hectares of olive groves and numerous fruit trees. The house is easily accessed via a private driveway. Free satellite Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Poggio al Coniglio is situated in a historic location of great interest, as well as an area highly regarded for the production of fine wines and olive oil. Despite the privacy the location offers, the property is just a few minutes’ drive from shopping centres and around 15 minutes from the sea.

Information and terms and conditions

Availability and bookings You can book a stay at any time of year. Please check availability by contacting us.

Minimum length of stay The minimum stay is generally 7 nights. Shorter stays are subject to availability.

Arrivals and departures To ensure you have the best possible stay, we recommend that you arrive on a Saturday. We can welcome you between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm on the day of your arrival; if you plan to arrive outside these times, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Check-out is by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Smoking and pets For your safety and comfort, smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but the outdoor areas are perfectly suitable and equipped with ashtrays. Your pets are welcome.

Prices

The price includes the rental of the entire villa (maximum occupancy: 8 people). Cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out once a week. This service can be provided more frequently at an additional cost. Towels are provided in the bathrooms and pool towels are available for the swimming pool.

— High season (July and August): CHF 2,900 per week, with the option to extend your stay at a cost of CHF 350 per day
— High season (April–June and September): CHF 2,400 per week, with the option to extend your stay at a cost of CHF 300 per day
— Mid and low season (October–March): CHF 1,800 per week, with the option to extend your stay at a cost of CHF 250 per day

Terms of payment To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay will be required; the balance will be charged at the end of your stay. Further details will be provided at a later date.
